Every order gets a confirmation number in the format SS-XXXXXXXX at checkout. We do not have order-lookup accounts on this demo store — email us the order number and we can tell you where things stand.
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Email us with your order number as soon as possible — once a pair leaves our warehouse we can no longer redirect or cancel it, only process a return once it arrives.
Sometimes. Popular sizes in popular colorways do get restocked as new stock clears authentication, but we cannot guarantee a specific size will come back. There is no waitlist feature on this build.
Shipping
We offer Standard (5–7 business days), Express (2–3 business days), Overnight (1 business day). Full pricing is on the Shipping page.
Not currently. This build ships to a single country and does not calculate international duties or customs.
Check with neighbors and any building mailroom first — that resolves most of these. If it genuinely did not arrive, email us the order number and we will help from there.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Pairs must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original box with any tags attached.
Return shipping is on us for a wrong or defective item. For a change-of-mind return, the cost of the return label is deducted from your refund.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the returned pair passing our inspection, back to the original payment method.
Authentication
Every pair goes through an in-house sourcing, inspection, and sign-off process before it is listed for sale — details are on the About page. This is our own process; it is not an endorsement or partnership with any brand.
